These "Colored Vases” by the artist Ai Weiwei are held  at the PĂ©rez Art Museum in Miami Florida. A man by the name of Maximo Caminero destroyed the vases in an act of protest. Its funny how he "destroyed" them but yet they look amazing. it makes me wonder how they looked before.

CONSCIENTIOUS

Curran Hatleberg

The picture is perfect in a not so perfect place. "Curran Hatleberg appears to have an instinct to make the right picture, at the right time, often in places where you wouldn’t expect to find one". It is very artistic and yet simple. its literally a girl walking outside with a plasic bag. where is she going? what is in the bag? it tells a story.

Michael Sieben: It Will All Happen Again

sieben a frame

AUTHOR: Clarisa Ramirez        ARTIST: Michael Sieben

Michael Seiben's art recalls child hood. "he tries to look at his surroundings with a youthful excitement" (Ramirez.) This picture is a clubhouse that was in the center of the exhibit and it was built by Sieben’s friend Adam Young from old plywood boards. Hes pretty resourceful by using recyclable material to create art.
